    2. Acceptable Use and Client Data

    Our service allows you to upload customer lists to send review requests. By uploading client data, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary permissions and consents from your customers to contact them via SMS and email. You agree not to upload purchased lists or contact individuals who have not engaged with your business.

    You retain full ownership of your client lists. Review Activate claims no ownership rights over your customer data and will only use it to provide the requested services.

    3. Service Limitations & Disclaimer

    Review Activate provides a system to request reviews, but we do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, nor do we guarantee that the reviews received will be positive. The materials and services on Review Activate's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the outcome of your review campaigns.

    4. Account Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine that you are violating these terms, including sending spam, violating communication laws (such as TCPA or CAN-SPAM), or abusing the platform.
